Hi there! My name is Carolina Rebelo, but you can call me Rebels 😎
I have a master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, I "ran away" from the traditional Freudian vision of a clinical office full of books and a couch, I left the books and the profound discussions about existence for my free time. Then I turned to another important field of psychology, Work and Organizational, since almost every human spends a big amount of their life in the workplace and so I believe it's of maximum importance to make it the most enjoyable possible.
I worked for about 2 years at redIT, a Portuguese consultancy company, where I developed my communication skills and knowledge of IT profiles, technologies, and methodologies as well as became a pro at interviews. In the last 9 months at red, I have worked as a Team Leader for my recruitment team, where I developed leadership and people management skills, produced reports, and participated in the company's strategy development.
I had a brief experience at Jolera, as a Technical Recruiter, where I really had my first entrance in a multinational company.
I joined ITDS on the last day of July 23 and actively helped the company developed itself in the Portuguese market.
And now? I achieved a "work-dream" and I joined Sword Health, a company with an amazing mission: Free the world from pain! Really excited to be part of this and to continue to evolve as a professional!
I love to work in something that has meaning and that I can believe in and put myself into. Besides that, I truly believe that finding a good work-life balance is essential, so in my free time, you can find me on the beach, cinema, or traveling around the world, always trying something new!
