I've worked in People and Talent roles for nearly a decade, mostly in the tech industry. I enjoy solving problems and bringing people together. I believe that the foundation of great relationships is built upon direct, candid, and transparent communication, always coupled with respect and a shared commitment to common goals.
I've had the opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup (Rapid), two of the "big ones" (Google, Microsoft), tasting the world of VR at realworld one, and now building engineering teams at Helsing and contributing to the protection of our democracies. As an economist specialised in Human Resources, I'm passionate about recruitment strategy planning and process optimisation, Talent Acquisition Data, Metrics and KPIs, Organisational Network Analysis, organisational diagnosis and development, training, social sciences and quantitative researches. Besides these I'm interested in the IT domain, so innovative technologies and methods, devices are also close to me. I've been building successful engineering teams in Europe and Africa.
