I'm at my best in a customer facing role where I'm able to use modern tools and solve customer pain-points. An engineer at heart, who is obsessed with user-centric outcomes and associated product methodologies such as lean and human-centric design. Over the last 10 years of my career, I've been lucky to manage brilliant cross-functional teams and build solutions for the financial sector using the latest tech in cloud and distributed systems including several that leverage blockchain technology. One of my key observations is that advances in tech driving distributed systems will continue to increase the need for collaboration across organizational lines.
