I am currently working in Agoda as a product design lead.
As a designer, I am trained with solid fundamental skill sets as teamwork, design methods, project management, application and technical skills. When I am designing a product, I have always incorporated design methods such as brainstorming; defining target audience, doing user research, developing concepts, prototyping, and doing user testing. My design philosophy is “iII”, interaction, innovation, integration. First, by using my design methods, I create meaningful relationships between the product and the target audiences. Second, innovation means renew and change; therefore, the product has to be simple, useful, usable, unique, and innovative. Finally, I integrate “interaction”, “innovation” and other important elements into my design process to create a special product for users.
