As an imaginative PR professional with nearly a decade of experience, Aaron works to capture stories that inspire humans and get reporters writing. As a Washington DC native, he is no stranger to the 24-hour news cycle and the monumental pressure that comes with it. Aaron is constantly looking for the relevancy between what his clients are doing and what is trending in the news. A connector by nature, Aaron is the person who will introduce you to your new best friend, a product that will change your life, or a story that will make you cry. Before coming to Caritas of Austin, Aaron worked for multiple PR agencies, where he helped science and technology clients with messaging and positioning and strategic communications plans; sharing their stories internationally. He has also served in public relations and communications positions in education, video production, healthcare, and politics. He is known for his collaborative spirit, expertise on various social media channels, and his obsession with the workflow management method Kanban. Outside of the office, you can find Aaron busting a move at a hip hop dance class, learning jiujitsu, or reading the latest GQ magazine. Aaron is a Beyonce fan who does media relations, in that order.
