As an HR professional with experience in both corporate and high-growth environments, I specialize in talent management, organizational strategy, and employee engagement. Currently serving as an HR Associate on the HRBP Team at the NFL, I support key initiatives such as performance assessments, succession planning, and DEI programming across all 32 clubs. I also lead workforce communications, oversee HR data analysis, and ensure seamless policy implementation for over 1,500 employees. As Director of People Operations at Sweet, I played a critical role in scaling the organization, filling 100% of critical hiring needs, driving HR policy execution, and implementing programs that increased employee retention by 90%. My experience spans talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce analytics, and compliance—always with a data-driven and people-first approach. With a Master’s in HR Management (Employment Law focus) from Georgetown and a certification in AI Applications in People Management, I bring a forward-thinking perspective to HR, integrating technology and strategy to enhance the employee experience.
