A California native happily transplanted in Paris for the past 10 years, I bring over a decade of experience in intercultural communications, employee engagement, and managing hybrid, multicultural teams. I earned my Parisian stripes at the University of Paris 1: Pantheon-Sorbonne and have worked with companies across industries to help them build strong corporate cultures that empower employees and drive success. I recently launched my own communications agency, where I help companies craft impactful editorial communications, from corporate content and internal engagement initiatives to websites, digital campaigns, and events. In parallel, I'm launching a femtech startup dedicated to improving women’s health and well-being through innovative solutions. I love the challenge of bridging cultural gaps, and with fluency in both English and French, I’ve guided teams across borders to work as cohesive units. Beyond my work in corporate and startup spaces, I run Rue Sainte Caro, a personal blog where I share insights on motherhood, life in Paris, and travel with kids.
