I began my career as a developer/business analyst (2007), then promoted to architect, Project Manager (2010), and eventually PMO Director (2016). Member of the Project Management Institute PMI since 2014. This progression ensures I understand the needs of all team members and stakeholders. Having active development skills allows me to stay closely aligned with development teams while providing stakeholders with accurate, data-driven project insights. I am proficient in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, SAS, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets. I bring extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and even developing extensions, plugins, and reports for Jira, MS Project, Spira, and YouTrack across 10+ organizations, with hands-on expertise in Node.js and JavaScript (tools should meet teams’ expectations, not vice versa).
