Expertise in Lead Management process, Lead to Cash process and Case Management
Conducting customer workshop during project discovery, preparing end to end Solution design documents and working with development team as per project requirement
Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions to the client’s Salesforce.com organization.
Experience in setting up the integrations across Salesforce and related applications
Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using different Integration Patterns
Utilizing the senior level experience in Salesforce, provide technical leadership to the scrum teams.
Work with Enterprise Architects, Integration Architects to create an end-to-end solution where other applications are involved.
Work with the scrum teams to ensure best coding practices, scalability and other non-functional aspects are implemented.
