I'm a global marketer, digital native, passionate people leader and DEI champion with over 20 years' experience in marketing to consumers and business decision-makers (or as I like to call them, people). My career has taken me from consumer marketing, to creative & digital agencies and over 11 years in commercial & B2B marketing leadership roles at Facebook/Meta. Currently based in Singapore, and proudly Irish ☘️, I have led teams & supported businesses all over the world, and am now heading up Agency Development & Marketer Education for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions in Asia-Pacific. I am also a Regional Board Member with the IAB SouthEast Asia & India and a founding Board Member for the IAA's Singapore chapter. Agency life taught me the power of a killer insight to generate ideas that grow business, gave me the skills to evaluate and nurture great creative work while building strong teams and relationships, and trained me to move fast, while also sweating the detail (and having fun along the way). Working at the cutting edge of tech freed me to innovate and experiment more, trained me to build outstanding teams & effective marketing programmes within a culture of constant change, and developed me as a leader in ways I would never have imagined. A defining force in my career has been my contribution to increasing diversity, equity & inclusion in tech, marketing and leadership. I'm also on a journey to becoming a qualified Integral Coach with New Ventures West/Center for Coaching via BambooBeing in Singapore.
