A bioanalytical scientist with extensive experience in analytical and bioanalytical method development, validation and analysis of bio-pharmaceutical drugs.
Key Skills:
• Extensive experience in method development, validation and analysis of small molecules and peptides (GLP and non-GLP)
• Strong hands-on experience with analytical instrumentations of AB Sciex Triple Quadruple and Q-TRAP LC-MS/MS with Analyst software, HPLC-UV with Empower software, Gas Chromatography (GC), Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS)
• Strong hands-on experience with sample preparation techniques of protein precipitation (PPT), liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and solid phase extraction (SPE)
• Experience in performing in vitro ADME assays (plasma protein binding (PPB), metabolic stability in microsomes)
• Extensive understanding and knowledge of GLP, cGMP, ICH guidelines
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Waters Empower, AB Sciex Analyst Software
• Fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian
