I am a versatile researcher, analyst, and technical lead with more than a decade of experience tackling novel problems at the intersection of modeling, GIS analysis, remote sensing, and ground truth data. I work effectively across science, engineering, and product disciplines, and I excel in helping colleagues grow in their scientific creativity and technical proficiency.
At both Indigo Ag and Ceres Imaging, I managed teams of scientists dedicated to improving sustainability outcomes and growers' bottom lines. Prior to my career in industry, I completed my PhD at Stanford University, researching the response of crop yields to climatic drivers. I've employed a wide range of statistical and machine learning models across my experience in both academia and industry, with a sharp focus on understanding the crux of the problem and matching it with the right tools for the job.
Above all, I take pride in being an empathetic, encouraging, and enthusiastic teammate who’s known for multiplying impact and going above and beyond to help colleagues do their best work. I’m excited to learn more about how I can contribute to your mission and team.
