My contentious experience includes being the instructing solicitor, direct to counsel, during: (1) a complex, high value and multi-party financial services whistleblowing claim, with significant regulatory aspects; and (2) the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) hearing of Dray Simpson v Cantor Fitzgerald Europe (UKEAT/0016/18/DA) - https://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKEAT/2019/0016_18_2106.html. The EAT considered the full range of commonly disputed points of law concerning whistleblowing dismissals. I believe in using my experience to advance equality, diversity and inclusion.
