I’m a founder, operator, and investor with 15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B technology companies. I specialize in early-stage growth—from zero-to-one through international scale—and bring a unique blend of technical fluency, business acumen, and creative leadership to every team I join.
In 2015, I founded Luster. I served as CEO and together with my two co-founders, we developed a portfolio of 5 software + hardware products to create engagement between brands and consumers at live events. Our clients included Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, government, universities and major league sports and scaled the company from concept to $30mm in revenue while implementing an international partnership program to expand on-the-ground operations into 35 countries. Along the way, we built a diverse team of 70 exceptional people.
In 2021, as a Sloan Fellow at MIT, I focused on deep tech and artificial intelligence start-ups. While there, I co-founded milemark•capital to invest into diverse teams building AI companies emerging from the MIT and Harvard ecosystems. I continue to advise founders on fundraising, go-to-market strategy, operations, hiring, and product.
I began my career as a software engineer, earning a BS/MS in Computer Science & Engineering before working at a research lab at IBM and on the LATAM trading desk of Goldman Sachs. Today, I bring that technical foundation to my work as an investor and operator—partnering with technical leaders to shape vision, build teams, and scale category-defining products.
