Rob Quish is one of those rare, creative, right-brain thinkers whose left-brain logic is the fuel for his fresh ideas and problem solving. He is best known for designing marketing strategies and building powerful brands for many of the largest advertisers in the world, including Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Verizon, UPS, LEGO, Transamerica and The US Marine Corps. A graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY, his track record includes leadership roles at the top of NYC’s most prominent, creative and innovative advertising firms. He held positions at Doyle Dane Bernbach and Ammirati & Puris, before being named NY President at Lowe & Partners, North American President of J Walter Thompson and Global President of Inventiv Health Communications. Rob moved to EY’s Media and Entertainment Consulting Practice as a global practice lead in 2015 where his work centered on growth strategies, talent management, product development, pricing and service design for marketing services firms. In 2021 he co-founded a management consultancy, Positive Strategy, with the belief that in a period of transformative change, organizations need to bring creativity upstream to business strategy. Their firm guides organizations through a creative and purposeful process to reconsider their vision, business strategy and brand’s relevance for a future that likely won’t look like the past. Clients have included both global and domestic leadership at commercial and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, he has sat on the board of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation as well as contributed time to community organizations. Known for his positive outlook, he builds diverse teams and inspires creativity and innovation from the collective. His colleagues and clients have won innumerable creative and business building awards and he received the Crain’s New York 40 under 40 Award. I am a fourth year business management student in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. I am currently looking for a full time position following my graduation in June 2025. My passion is the business of sports, especially within soccer, football, baseball, and Formula 1. I have gained valuable experience in a variety of fields over the past few years. I am currently working part-time for the Colorado Rapids and University of Denver Athletics. In these roles, I have been able to gain a lot of valuable experience in event operations, management, and planning. I previously held an internship at SponsorUnited where I analyzed marketing assets for professional basketball, soccer, and Nascar teams across Europe, Mexico, and Asia. I had an internship at Celularity Corporation where I was a Customer Success Representative and worked in Salesforce. I have experience working as a volunteer with the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation where I created a fundraiser that raised over $50k for cancer research and delivered hundreds of baseballs with inspirational messages to children fighting cancer. I have also gained valuable experience in customer service and leadership as a team member at Jersey Mike’s and as a camp counselor at the YMCA.
