With over 10 years of experience, Xavier Lavayssière assists central banks, international organizations, and companies in their digital finance strategies. ⏳ Au-delà de mes études et expériences professionnelles, je consacre mon temps à différentes associations dans le but de m'enrichir sur le plan personnel et professionnel mais également de marquer les environnements qui m’ont forgé.
Je suis aujourd’hui Vice-Président du Club alumni du Master Droit & Éthique des Affaires où nous contribuons à faire vivre plus de 500 diplomés intervenant en matière d’éthique et de Compliance (Mentorat, tutorat, bourse, afterwork, rencontres, etc.)
🌍 C'est ainsi qu'avec Meydane Panthéon-Sorbonne, j'ai aspiré à contribuer à une meilleure compréhension des acteurs, des systèmes et des enjeux de l’Orient dans un contexte où la peur de l’inconnu et du mystère alimentent les illusions au sujet de cette région. Cette transmission se construit notamment par la culture, en traversant les ponts qui relient les civilisations de ces pays. L’organisation d’événements culturels est également source d’échanges et de découvertes nouvelles pour ceux dont ces cultures restent synonymes d’inconnus ainsi que ceux qui y baignent.
⚖️ Mon engagement dans l'association du Master Droit & Ethique des Affaires a été l'occasion de me dédier à la vie de mon Master et de valoriser et promouvoir le rayonnement de celui-ci dans l'objectif de contribuer à l'insertion professionnelle de ses étudiants.
🥑 Mon activité au sein de l’Association des Elèves-Avocats de l'EFB a été l'occasion de contribuer à la vie d'une École comportant plus de 1900 élèves afin d'assurer une cohésion interpromotionnelle et d’aider les élèves-avocats à construire leur projet professionnel.
Ces activités s’inscrivent entièrement dans mon parcours et sont accompagnées par mes acquis linguistiques (français, persan, anglais, italien, espagnol) pour ainsi compléter mes compétences professionnelles et mes connaissances.
Je prends toujours un grand plaisir à discuter et échanger à propos de mes domaines d’expertise et de prédilection.
