When it comes to couples, I skillfully integrate the Gottman method and attachment theory to facilitate healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
As a licensed mental health therapist and Jungian life coach, my professional journey is marked by steadfast kindness, commitment, and an unwavering non-judgmental approach. I specialize in a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, providing a compassionate and empathetic environment. My innate ability to form genuine connections with clients, regardless of age or background, is a cornerstone of my practice.
My previous career in event planning and hospitality has endowed me with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. This background enables me to effectively advocate for clients and foster seamless communication among colleagues. I've always held a deep appreciation for the art of active listening, assisting individuals in realizing their desires. As a mental health counselor, my mission is to empower individuals as they navigate personal challenges on their path to fulfilling their dreams.
Presently, my focus is on aiding individuals in discovering their life's purpose and thriving, particularly those who may feel adrift or grapple with social anxieties. Adolescents hold a special place in my heart, as I'm passionate about guiding them through the unique challenges of this critical stage of life. My unyielding dedication to mental health fuels my commitment to providing the highest standard of care and guidance in this vital field. 
I believe every person deserves to feel inspired and empowered in their own learning journey. For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of education, technology, community design, and storytelling, building systems that center engagement, agency, and belonging.
I’m the co-founder of The Future Frequency (FQ), a personalized learning ecosystem designed to help learners own their growth and for guardians to grow alongside them. At the heart of FQ is LearningFREQUENCY (LF), a platform that visualizes how individuals engage, process, and evolve, transforming insights into living data and verifiable credentials that stay with the learner for life. Alongside LF, I co-created Gatekeepers to Guardians (G2G), a personalized LMS supporting the adults guiding learners, equipping parents, educators, and mentors with tools to support deep, aligned learning.
I’m also a principal at Skyway, a global initiative of the Transforming Education Exchange (TEE) and the Learning Economy Foundation. Through Skyway, I lead ecosystem design and co-create equitable learning systems with global partners across research, technology, storytelling, and governance.
My Seventh Level Engagement Framework, developed during my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction and based on research by Bangert-Drowns and Pyke, has been taught in programs at Yale, Howard University, and Emerson, and shared with more than 1,400 professors in partnership with HubSpot. My book The Seventh Level became the foundation for CatalystU, where I’ve partnered with organizations like HubSpot and American Express to help individuals apply this framework to build intentional, engaged communities.
From 2012 onward, I co-founded and led CatalystCreativ with Tony Hsieh as part of the 350 million dollar Downtown Las Vegas revitalization project. Through CatalystCreativ, I worked with clients such as Google, Coca-Cola, NPR, Dell, W Hotels, The Raiders, and The Nature Conservancy on brand development, community design, and experiential strategy, as well as developed a Cannes Lion award winning campaign for WildAid.
I’m also the co-founder of Runway Health and have been an active advisor and angel investor in more than 30 companies, including HubSpot, SEED, Clay, Kiddie Kredit, and Solsten.
I’ve been featured in TIME, WSJ, Fast Company, Forbes, and Entrepreneur, and have spoken at TEDx, INBOUND, Summit, the UN, and Founders Forum. I continue to explore how learning ecosystems can unlock purpose and potential for every learner and every guardian.
