I have over four years of experience in the HR and recruitment industry, with a focus on the construction and property sector. I am passionate about connecting people and organisations, and finding the best talent for various roles. I hold a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from the Ministry of Manpower, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from RMIT University. Currently, I am a Consultant at RGF Professional Recruitment, a global leader in HR and talent acquisition services, where I work with clients and candidates across Asia.
In my current role, I specialise in recruiting for Construction, Real Estate and Facility Management roles. I use my skills in event planning and management, social media, and digital marketing to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the industry. I also leverage my network and knowledge of the market to source and screen candidates, and provide them with guidance and support throughout the hiring process. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at RGF, and contributing to the company's vision and values.
