Do you want to overcome frustrations with hybrid work and Generative AI? I can help you do so as the CEO of the future-of-work consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts. The typical and intuitive approach is to rely on traditional office-centric culture in adapting to hybrid work. Unfortunately, both extensive real-world research and my experience shows that what worked in the office doesn’t work for hybrid teams. The best practice for hybrid work is not to incrementally improve on traditional office-centric methods, but to instill a hybrid-first culture. Here's an example of a recent engagement for a Fortune 500 Tech Company ● Situation: The company was struggling to figure out new styles of hybrid and remote collaboration in the post-pandemic world. ● Intervention: Before our intervention, the company intended to be mostly office-centric. We conveyed external research and did internal surveys that convinced the leadership such policies would harm retention, recruitment, productivity, and engagement. Instead, DAE offered the best practice of a hybrid-first model with asynchronous brainstorming, remote coworking, virtual water coolers, weekly performance evaluations, addressing proximity bias, and a culture of "Excellence from Anywhere." As a recent graduate from VNIT Nagpur, I am thriving in exploring the tech field and innovations. My journey began with hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer at Hansaflex India, a multinational corporation, where we developed web and mobile applications end to end as part of the Global Capabilities team. This role sharpened my technical skills and deepened my understanding of the full software development lifecycle. My inherent interest led me to research AI and Deep Learning at renowned institutions such as Ohio State University, IIT KGP, and VNIT. This research deepened my core AI knowledge while building and applying DL and ML models for the analysis of data. I continued to delve into the area of AI with the addition of GenAI, especially LLMs by building and deploying AI tools using the latest open-source LLMs. As the co-founder and CTO of CollegeStuff.in, I’ve had the privilege of leading a startup that was recognized as a GSEA India finalist, ranking among the top 8 student startups in India. My entrepreneurial journey with CollegeStuff allowed me to interact with a diverse range of individuals and perspectives through various brand deals and collaborations. I’ve come to deeply value meeting people with different mindsets, as these interactions have enriched my understanding and approach to tackling problems and more than that personally knowing these people and getting to know about their life experiences. I’m honored to be a delegate at HPAIR'24 (Harvard Conference'24), where I will engage with global thought leaders and explore the intersection of technology I published my own C++ course with Coddy.tech which is based in Israel, along with that I have also worked with multiple clients in the Middle East to provide them with tech services and consultancy.
