With over 14 years of international experience in industrial-organizational psychology, global operations, and employment law, I’ve spent my career building scalable systems that are legally compliant, psychologically grounded, and growth-oriented. I’m a HCPC-registered practitioner psychologist, a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), and actively involved in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), where I serve on the International Alliances Committee and act as a peer reviewer. In 2023, I was honored to be named COO of the Year™ by the Operations Council. At Supra, I’ve built our HR and operational frameworks from scratch, supporting hypergrowth, launching across jurisdictions, and maintaining a 1% turnover rate in one of the most volatile tech sectors. My background in employment law (M.Juris) allows me to navigate complex labor landscapes and implement people-first policies that protect both the company and our culture. I also mentor founders at the Harvard Blockchain Accelerator, with a focus on compliance, talent architecture, and scaling responsibly. I’m passionate about applying psychometrics and strategic diagnostics to understand burnout, engagement, and performance, and I thrive at the intersection of law, technology, and behavioral science.
