Elena is Chief Financial Officer of Toast, Inc., the cloud-based, end-to-end technology platform purpose-built for the entire restaurant community. Elena is responsible for Toast’s finance organization and leads the company’s accounting, treasury, financial and strategy, and business operations. A results-oriented finance executive with more than 30 years of experience in leading large global organizations, Elena’s expertise ranges from scaling and building SaaS businesses into multi-billion organizations, building and leading large-scale operational teams, and achieving executive alignment on strategy and financial goals across multiple stakeholders. Prior to Toast Inc., Elena served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zendesk where she helped scale the company to over $1B in annual revenue. Elena is deeply passionate about and committed to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace. Elena currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at PagerDuty. She also serves on the board Haas School of Business and The Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.

Bijal Shah assumed the role of CEO of Guild in March 2024, following six impactful years of executive leadership within the company. Starting as Guild’s first Chief Product and Analytics Officer and most recently serving as Chief Experience Officer, Bijal has been deeply involved in shaping the company’s commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience. Guild, a Public Benefit Corporation, leads in providing education, skilling, and talent mobility solutions for some of America’s largest employers. Under Bijal’s stewardship, Guild has experienced significant growth, increasing its customer base by 50% in the past year and extending access to its platform to over 6.5 million Americans. The company proudly serves notable clients such as Disney, Walmart, Chipotle, Discover, Target, Hilton, PNC, and Providence. A highlight of her tenure has been the historic partnership with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which offers Team USA athletes unique education and career development opportunities. Guild’s achievements have also been recognized by TIME as one of the Most Influential Companies, CNBC’s Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, LinkedIn’s Top Startups, and Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas award. Before joining Guild, Bijal served as SVP of Analytics & Data Products at Ibotta and was part of Visa’s pioneering corporate strategy team. At Ibotta, she focused on developing insights and analytics products for major CPG brands and retailers. While at Visa, she used her robust analytics and data science background to contribute to post-IPO strategy and innovation. Bijal is passionate about leveraging education to unlock opportunities and has seen firsthand the impact of this work through her time in India as an AIF-Clinton Fellow, where she supported scaling a market-aligned skills training program that has now benefited over 1.2 million disadvantaged youth and women across India. She also supports Judi’s House and Girls Inc. of Metro Denver and previously served on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. Believing deeply in the power of continuous learning, Bijal is dedicated to ensuring that educational opportunities are accessible to all. Bonita C. Stewart is Founder and Managing Partner at BAG Ventures focused on investing in enterprise AI solutions that drive transformative outcomes. She is also a steering committee member of the Black Angel Group of 300+ tech operators and has been an angel investor and LP for over eight years. She joined Google in 2006 and her career spans three decades leading multi-billion dollar operations, accelerating digital technology adoption and driving enterprise transformation for major corporations in the IT, automotive and technology fields. Previously she served as Board Partner for Google’s Gradient Ventures, supporting early stage AI companies. As a Google VP she led Global Partnerships where she oversaw the largest US publishers across Media/Entertainment, News/Publishing, Mobile apps, Gaming, Search and Commerce. In 2014 Crain’s named her a Woman to Watch in Tech. Ms. Stewart also pioneered the concept for Howard West, a computer science immersion program for historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), powered by Google. In 2020 she co-authored A Blessing: Women of Color Teaming Up to Lead, Empower and Thrive. Stewart received her BA with honors from Howard University and MBA from Harvard Business School. Ms. Stewart serves as a committee chair and board member for Deckers [NYSE:DECK], and PagerDuty [NYSE:PD].
