I bring my experience in sales and leadership to Motorola Solutions as the Director of North America Inside Sales and International Inbound Sales for our video security and access control portfolio. In my role, I oversee the account executive, account management, and inbound sales teams with a focus on generating pipeline and revenue through creating an exceptional customer experience. Prior to Motorola Solutions, I was a financial advisor with ClearCoast Wealth Management where I helped dozens of young professionals begin their investment journey. In a high stakes environment, I clearly set expectations and delivered for clients, successfully growing my client base month over month and assisting in the management of over $40M by my departure. My entrepreneurial spirit drove me to co-found Katari Cleaning, a student-for-student cleaning company with a portion of profits donated to providing clean water to Africa. There, I learned tangible skills and insights for starting and running a company, which proved to be an extremely rewarding experience. Co-leading Katari’s growth, I experienced the difficulties of scaling efficiently and gained valuable insight on bootstrapping a business. Through my experience, I gathered a very robust set of skills. I love building sales organizations, optimizing processes, and leveraging data to bring impactful change.
