I started out in the Army as a Communications Technician, then rounded my skills out to include Fiber Optics Installation and Network Administration. My goal is to own my own business one day, but along the way, there are vital technical expertise and management skills that I need to acquire, to sort of work my way up the totem pole before I can appreciate and understand what its like to run a business. Also, nobody will out work me. In my earlier years, I made the mistake of being complacent and not being proactive, and I realized I will not get anywhere without initiative. Those who have worked with me since 2001 know my work ethic. those who pass on me, I trust is making a big mistake. I usually am the greatest or second greatest asset in a company, wherever I have worked. Specialties: Getting the job done, no matter how many hours I have to stay. But at the same time, if the work is done early, enjoy a liittle down time before I train up on some new things. I am great at balancing workloads so that everyone is stress free. Maintaining and troubleshooting are my second best qualities.
