I founded Full Swing PR in 2019 to help leaders from underrecognized groups fulfill their potential as subject matter experts, bestselling authors, keynote speakers, and political leaders. Today, Full Swing is a growing public relations and digital marketing firm (we're hiring) dedicated to helping leaders be seen and sought after so they can reclaim their power and rewrite the human story. Fewer than 30% of expert sources quoted in the news media are women, and even fewer of those are women of color or part of the LGBTQ+ community. By helping women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ leaders get in the news and amplifying their media wins through digital marketing, Full Swing PR is changing who holds the mic. Most of my clients have built successful seven- or eight-figure businesses, but they're curious how much faster they could reach their goals if they had a stellar communications strategy, plus the coaching their team needs to actually implement it. Whether you're worried about the time it takes to do PR well, the ability to keep up on the latest trends, or even if your “personal brand” is borderline nonexistent, I've seen and solved the challenges you’re facing. Maybe you experimented with a publicist but felt like they didn’t really “get” you or your industry.
