➡️Most people don’t realise they’re underselling themselves until the opportunities stop coming.
I’m a reinvention and discovery architect. I work with leaders and professionals ready to own their next chapter with purpose, drive, and impact. Our globally based clients range from Board Chairs and C-Suite executives of billion-dollar companies to non-profit leaders asking the same question: what’s next?
This isn’t coaching from the sidelines. We get in the ring with you. Together we design bespoke frameworks to clarify what you want, build the strategy to achieve it, and connect you with the right experts to accelerate progress. From sharpening your leadership collateral to launching new ventures or positioning your next career move, everything is focused on tangible outcomes and momentum.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built businesses, scaled startups, led global teams, and interviewed over 6,000 people across industries and cultures. I’ve lived and worked across Asia, Europe, Australia, and the US and learned as much from my mistakes as from my successes. What drives me is helping people cut through noise, rediscover their relevance, and create impact that lasts.
If you’re ready to stop underselling yourself and start leading your next chapter, let’s talk.
I am a big enthusiast of people and a nomad still looking for home.
What does this mean and how did I get here?
My initial career took off in executive search in one of top three global companies in this niche - Spencer Stuart. My alma mater allowed me to grow from an Analyst to a Head of Practice.
I spent 9 years in the industry, built Retail&Foodtech practice from scratch, earned over $1,5 mln in projects revenue in just a year and a half - and totally burned out.
My dream job search and my exhaustive network brought me into tech start-ups.
For three years, I have been building HR strategy, including recruitment, onboarding and development in two very different start-ups - a quick-commerce ultrafast delivery and an i-gaming with AI-stack. Along the way, I started managing business processes - moving step by step through those which were not working, rebuilding them and implementing the new ones hand to hand with the C-level team.
For the last six years, my big focus has also been on people development - because no brilliant recruitment process will work if you do not care about growing your team’s diversified skills. I got certified in Hogan assessment, my favorite and one of the most valid psychometric assessment and development approaches - and conducted over 500 individual assessments by now.
My recent project had to do with a new level of teams building and development - communities, and in particular an open source AI community.
Being a passionate Burner and an experienced Burning Man events leader in Israel, Russia and the US, I believe that communities have much more potential than we can imagine - and my dream is to help tech teams to realize this potential.
Having lived in Israel, Russia and the US, I am still looking for home, yet meet amazing people striving to grow and build great businesses worldwide.
Currently, I am developing my own consultancy focused on tech talent recruitment and Hogan assessment, as well as community building. People first - I strongly believe in this motto and live by it.
DM me if you need to grow and develop your team and community - a free 30-minutes call will lead us to the greater next steps!
