I'm passionate about changing the narrative around how we transform our health as individuals, communities, and organizations. For more than 20 years, I've studied, contributed to, and advocated for a shift in how we build - and rebuild - the skills and mindset needed for healthy lives. My work has spanned multiple industries in the United States, Canada and abroad, managing organizational change to providing individual therapy. Through storytelling, publishing, and production, I merge medical experience and environmental practice with entertainment to make education relevant and relatable. I’m interested in breaking down and reimagining science, art, academia, and bringing multiple perspectives to the table. As a writer, speaker and entrepreneur, I've built systems and programs to address underlying issues, and empower individuals struggling to find their way back to a healthy and productive life. As a licensed therapist, I've worked closely with patients who struggled with the demons that manifested in poor health habits and ultimately an unhealthy lifestyle. Today, I'm focused on developing and delivering constructive and motivating tools to individuals across the country who are suffering from obesity and metabolic disease. I'm equally passionate about supporting medical providers serving this community and who want to be part of delivering effective solutions.
