I am an experienced Agile leader that focuses on delivering high value, strategic programs and products while being customer obsessed. I have a bias for action, earn trust, dive deep, deliver results and am always learning, always curious. My extensive agile experience is with Scrum and Kanban. I have also been involved in corporate agile transformations.
I have built a Project Management office (PMO) from the ground up which set the standard for how projects were managed and governed for the Company. As the leader of the PMO, I was directly accountable for the successful execution of 10-20 complex strategic projects per year with annual IT budget spend of $15MM+. I am an experienced project, program, portfolio and product management leader. I execute from concept to delivery and my strengths are people leadership, risk management, change management. and budget/financial management.
In addition to my PMO experience I have worked as a Product Owner Proxy (POP)on many strategic company products. I was able to hone my product management skills over the years and I consider myself a well-seasoned product owner. I recently worked on a team as a POP and the product was nominated for an award.
I have extensive SDLC experience working on digital programs for internal business applications as well as consumer facing applications. I consider myself a People Leader and a corporate influencer/problem solver. I am a mentor to Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Scrum Teams.
