Hello there! I am a Team Lead Recruiting and HR Business Partner which means that I spend a lot of time with people every day - which is exactly how I like it! Whether it's owning recruiting and teaching working students or in-house recruiters, taking care of onboarding so everyone knows what to do and feels welcome and integrated, somebody just needs to talk or organizing events around mental health - I am passionate about shaping a culture in which everyone feels like they can show up as a holistic person and can develop into the best version of themselves. I like exchanging knowledge and experiences with other people and reading books about psychology - I also studied psychology back in the days! This is what brought me to HR in the first place. I have come to realize that my interest in people and my interest in business is very well combined in HR - as you take care of the individual as much as the bigger picture. When I am not working, you can find me hiking in the mountains, jogging or having a deep conversation over a delicious vegan/vegetarian meal. :)
