A "citizen of the world" with a Swedish passport, proudly living in Singapore since 2013, Dušan Stojanović was awarded Business Angel of the Year in Europe in 2013 by EBAN (European Business Angel Network) after having three positive exits within a week, which was previously unheard of in the global angel history.
Solid track record with 15 out of 26 investments fully or partly exited. Started to invest in AI in 2011 and Blockchain and Web3 in 2016. Now with True Global Ventures 4 Plus, together with his global investment partners, he is deploying a generative AI and Blockchain Equity fund investing in 4 main verticals: Generative AI, Gaming & Entertainment, Financial Services and Infrastructure.
He is one of the founding partners (GPs) of True Global Ventures 4 Plus Base Fund (113M USD) and TGV Opportunity Fund (146M USD).
Set up True Global Ventures 1 (in 2011), 2 (in 2013), 3 (in 2016) now rebranded Innovator Founders Capital 1,2,3 and True Global Ventures 4 Plus Base Fund in 2019 and True Global Ventures Opportunity Fund in 2022.
Prior to becoming an investor, he spent half his time at GE Capital and Monabanq.com, where he was also a shareholder. Over the years, he has built a strong international network in around 20 cities, such as San Francisco, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Stockholm, London, Paris. Has learnt 7 languages and as many cultures and working habits.
Donated some of the exit proceeds to save the last Tesla Lab on Long Island, Tesla the Movie and other Tesla inspired projects as well as to female entrepreneurs and for refugees to quicker learn a langue and get friends and ultimately jobs.
Regular Speaker on conferences on more than 200 occasions since 2005.
