In a Johnson O’Connor aptitude test, Josh scored 99 percent in “Ideaphoria,” which is how we measure the flow of ideas. He scored 95 percent in “Foresight.” Josh’s skill lies in crafting a vision, which he often arrives at in mere seconds to minutes, and creates customer-focused, high-performance cultures and solutions. Josh helped launch and grow a startup to $40M ARR. As the strategic executive planner, Josh’s team delivered global business and marketing strategies for over 250 companies. He was instrumental in the rapid expansion and acquisition of the start-up iOnRoad Technologies, acquired by Harman International Industries, Tel Aviv. Josh advised the CEO of MediSafe, developing a business model, branding, and marketing for the medical management platform. He helped obtain the first $1M in financing. MediSafe is now serving 7M registered users--including top-tier pharma clients--using Josh’s original strategic vision. He restructured Randolph Eye Associates, creating systems that improved performance and efficiency. His relationships were directly responsible for its negotiated acquisition at 2.5X valuation. A development natural, Josh has raised over $4M for community organizations. He has an ability to spot and capitalize on market trends.
