As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Coins.ph, I am responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. I work closely with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the business needs and the culture fit of each role, and to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns.
