I have 10 years’ experience working, training, quality monitoring and managing complaints in a regulated environment. I have worked in, trained and managed large and small teams both internal and outsourced. I have overseen complaints related projects including remediation programmes and the outsourcing of internal complaints teams to outsourced teams completing all training and competency sign off. I am also experienced in managing relationships between companies having managed business relationships between my companies and its chosen outsource partner. I also have experience in managing and maintaining relationships with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
