As a UX Researcher, I provide data and insights -- in collaboration with engineers, designers, and business leaders -- to ensure we're building high quality digital products and services.
I’m driven to understand human behaviors using a design thinking approach. I have a strong background in applying mixed methods across all phases of the product development lifecycle for both consumer and enterprise products, including complex developer tools and workflows.
My academic background is unique in that I spent eight years working and training as a biomedical researcher. While in graduate school, I worked extensively with the UCSF Entrepreneurship Center, focusing on customer experience, which shifted my career towards studying how people build and interact with a variety of products like Google Search, Assistant, Maps, Firebase and most recently Google One.
Motivated and disciplined professional transitioning into Information Technology, with a solid foundation in problem-solving, technical support, and project coordination. I hold a CompTIA Security+ certification, am currently pursuing my CCNA, and am eligible to obtain a Secret clearance—positioning me for success in entry-level IT and Help Desk roles, especially in secure or government environments.
With a background in biology and laboratory research, I bring sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly—skills that translate directly into user support and troubleshooting. My experience leading nonprofits, launching businesses, and competing as a 4-year collegiate athlete has refined my adaptability, leadership, and teamwork under pressure.
