I am an experienced 2nd-line and 1st-line senior sales leader with demonstrated strengths in building relationships, learning and development, and coaching sales teams—as well as a multimedia sales division—to consistently exceed expectations. I have a proven record of managing transitions and change while maintaining a metrics-driven focus to coach teams to success. I've led teams to exceed quotas in national and mid-market sales, SMB sales, field sales, inside sales, and vendor sales channels. My highly personal and encouraging coaching style empowers reps, helping them not only exceed expectations but also grow within their careers.
I have built sales teams from scratch, defined sales processes, and developed and implemented sales training and career development programs—often collaborating with cross-functional business partners to drive efficiency and revenue growth. I thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven, and frequently evolving environments, from traditional print media to tech leaders like LinkedIn and Google, where I have developed and executed focused Go-To-Market (GTM) sales strategies. My leadership has contributed to achieving an annual run rate of $50M to $500M, >40% YoY growth, and deal sizes ranging from $50K on the small side at Google to >$3M in multi-year contracts at LinkedIn.
Over the past couple of years, I've also championed the integration of GAI/ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini into workflows, leading to increased efficiency and innovation in our sales processes.
When I'm not coaching my team at LinkedIn or coming up with news ways to use GAI, you will find me career coaching individuals who are looking to change jobs or simply develop within their careers. I'm also heavily invested in my family and community - room parent for my son's kindergarten class, taxiing him to all his extra curricular activities, planning neighborhood potlucks/appreciation dinners for our local fire house etc, and also VP on our neighborhood's HOA.
