I am a non-profit operations and administrative leader with broad functional expertise in finance, property and facility management, and human resources. I leverage strong project management skills to deliver tangible results which achieve organizational goals in a healthy and sustainable way. I bring focus to aligning people and processes with critical priorities and create cultures which blend high performance with compassion and fun. I am known for effectively controlling costs and getting things done. My experience managing complex multi-million dollar budgets, investment policies and internal controls helps organizations do more with less. I streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and establish best practices. Boards and senior leaders look to me for guidance and recommendations that strengthen fundraising, capital campaigns, cost savings, staff and organizational structure. As a leader I thrive on developing people and helping organizations grow. I optimize talent and teams to perform at their best, and excel at facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution. I actively engage and share my expertise and knowledge through speaking, teaching, coaching and involvement in professional organizations.
