Tom is a Partnerships Manager at Forecastr — a leading FP&A software company that helps startups create great financial models to impress investors, confidently raise capital, and effectively run their businesses better. Tom was early at Carta (#12), and rode that rocket ship through the first 1,000 employees (ops / sales / sales leadership). He took a few swings as a co-founder, and also worked in web3 for a time. He's passionate about startups and enjoys working with founders and mentoring entrepreneurs. Tom has a degree in Materials Science and Engineering and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

I am a CTO, SaaS entrepreneur, and technology leader with 25+ years of experience building and scaling platforms that drive business growth. Over the course of my career, I’ve co-founded and led multiple venture-backed companies, raised over $24M in VC funding, and helped enterprises and PE-backed companies unlock value through technology transformation, M&A, and product innovation. At BlueGrace Logistics (backed by Warburg Pincus), I led technology strategy, re-architected core platforms, built proprietary SaaS solutions, and drove the company’s first technology acquisition. Prior to that, I co-founded SiteZeus, an AI/ML-powered SaaS platform, and founded additional ventures in SaaS and consulting. My leadership style blends hands-on product and engineering expertise with a deep understanding of how technology decisions align with investor goals, board priorities, and long-term enterprise value creation. I’ve worked across SaaS, AI/ML, data platforms, and logistics tech, and I thrive in environments where scale, transformation, or turnaround is required.
