An experienced investor and financial management executive that has held numerous board, management and finance positions around the world. An active investor, advisor, and partner/coach to numerous companies and executives, aiding them in financing and managing their development and growth. Involved with the investment, acquisition and/or sale of over 40 companies with an aggregate value of approximately $5 billion. Mr. Brown currently serves on the Board of Directors for Paper House Productions. Prior Board Memberships include Aquis, beRecruited, Ceramem, IPATH Footwear, Klone Manufacturing, Utrecht Art Supplies, Boloco, and Venyu. Mr. Brown began his career as an intelligence officer for the US Government. He has a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a M.S. degree in Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Brown has deep experience with the defense and intelligence industries having previously consulted for both the Office of the Director of National Intelligence through both IARPA and DARPA.
