On my eclectic journey Iāve produced documentaries, launched global brands, programmed TV networks, won awards for digital innovation and pioneered world-first content partnerships. I'm currently with Made Music Studio, the worldās #1 sonic branding and audio design agency. During the pandemic we threw out the playbook, launched a paradigm-shifting AI platform and grew revenue by 400%.
Iām always invested in the growth and development of my team members. I believe inclusive, supportive cultures are essential for fresh thinking and exceptional results. Personally, I love connecting the dots between creators, brands and audiences to make moments of cultural impact. The key to success is infusing any idea with belief, strategy and momentum.

I'm a member of the American Television Academy, BAFTA, the Guggenheim Young Collectors Council and oversee New Zealandās Taite Music Prize (named after my dad). I'm a drummer and have been a DJ for MoMA and the Guggenheim since 2011.

Backstory:
I started as a producer/director, selling my student documentary to a TV network when I was 20. In ā02, I moved to London and joined MTV Networks where I ran scheduling & acquisitions for their 9 UK channels. In ā07, BBC Studios recruited me to lead programming for their new branded networks in EMEA. I launched 12 channels in 12 months, brought Sport Relief to Africa (raising Ā£3M) and was named one of Europeās Top 50 Media Executives.
In 2010 I moved to New York to lead content strategy for the BBCās D2C businesses in North America. BBC America went on to double its ratings and triple revenue over the next four years. When the network was bought by AMC Networks in 2014, I established their first in-house creative agency. Ad-sales revenue grew by 73% ($120M) thanks to our award-winning branded content, social & experiential partnerships. 
I am a highly experienced, ambitious, and results-driven sales executive with extensive experience executing GTM strategies that maximize both revenue and market share in ever-changing, dynamic environments including cloud, ISV's, marketing technology, and partner ecosystems. I have expertise and a history of success ensuring outstanding partner and client satisfaction, and aligning core business, revenue, and growth goals to enhance profitability for an organization.
Throughout my extensive career, I have always prided myself on never remaining within my comfort zone and hence always thrive on a challenge. This has meant I have delivered strong business results at every stage. These results include the acquisition of 200+ new customers that generated $10M in revenue and highly effective management of critical strategic partnerships with organizations such as Oracle, Dell, and Sun Microsystems. These partnerships generated additional channel revenue of $1.3M.
My experience has been gained working with high-profile customers and partners where I have been able to build strong relationships that have subsequently delivered substantive business and revenue growth. To underpin all my success, I have built and developed high-performing teams to meet and exceed all goals set for them.

A creative and gamer at heart, I spend my spare time writing and composing music, playing Rocket League and Fortnite with friends, reading Sci-Fi and fantasy novels, and watching the NBA.
