I am a registered dietitian nutritionist with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance. I am extremely well-versed in nutrition as it relates to physical health, exercise physiology and performance. Mission: I combine nutrition and exercise science with personal and professional experiences to promote excellence in physical performance and a food-first, but not food-only, approach to health protection. My goal is to help fuel champions in a way that protects physical health and promotes athletic longevity. Food can be as simple or as complex as you let it be. I aim to provide my clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve their health and performance goals without adding complexity to their lives.
