David Jackson is the Founder of Beneficial Beer Co, launched during the 2020 COVID lockdowns as part of his commitment to the One Year No Beer challenge. What began as a personal health journey has since evolved into a purpose led business that champions mindful drinking and moderation. Beneficial Beer Co now boasts internationally awarded brews crafted by renowned brewer Bruce Peachey (formerly Tooheys & Bluetongue) and a bold brand identity led by award-winning Creative Director Matt Johnson. David is also the Group Managing Director and owner of S-Core Group, home to three AFR Fast Starter companies: • S2M Digital Recruitment • DSi Professionals (IT Services) • ASR Recruitment, a high-growth generalist recruitment agency based in Newcastle. A committed builder of integrated communities and ventures, David launched the Gold Coast Chapter of the WNOW men’s group in 2023. He was also the inaugural CEO and Board Director of Blockchain Australia, where he led its merger with ADCA and appointed Steve Vallas as CEO of the newly unified entity. In recognition of his leadership, he was nominated for Community Leader of the Year at the 2021 Blockies Awards. He co-founded both BLOCKLabs Australia a blockchain incubator and DION Capital, a capital fund focused on early-stage ventures. With more than, several years’ of youthful energy and grey haired experience in founding and mentoring startups across Australia, Asia, and the USA, David is a serial entrepreneur and successful angel investor with a passion for emerging technologies, innovation, and scalable business models. He has been an active supporter of the Australian startup ecosystem through roles with Stone & Chalk, BlueChilli, and as the founder of Crypto Sydney, Australia’s original and largest crypto & blockchain meetup. He also served as a mentor with Sydney University’s INCUBATE program and UNSW Founders. David previously served as Chairman of ASX-listed Reffind (RFN) and was on the Management Board of Sydney Angels Inc. for five years. A dynamic and forward thinking business leader, David is known for his passion, candour, creativity, and relentless drive. He is deeply committed to his loving son, holds a Bachelor of Business, and brings decades of leadership experience across investment, brewing, PR, technology, finance, executive search, marketing, and growth strategy. He talks fast, thinks big, works hard and always respects sobriety, honesty, loyalty, and true grit!

Matt Hamilton is a seasoned executive and consultant with extensive expertise in areas such as strategy, finance, operations, technology, enterprise risk management, and revenue optimization. An experienced entrepreneur, he has founded, scaled, and successfully exited companies across diverse sectors on four continents. With over a decade of experience in problem-solving and value creation for a wide array of stakeholders, Matt possesses profound insights into the keys to success and the strategies for surmounting obstacles, from inception to IPO. For the past ten years, Matt has divided his time between the UAE, North America and the UK, serving in various capacities— executive leadership, entrepreneurial endeavors and management consulting. He spearheaded operations as the Managing Director of Loyyal and COO of Healthbus. He has founded and led ventures in numerous fields, including Agri-Tech, crowdfunding, mineral exploration and decentralized finance. Matt supports external opportunities through his consulting firm, M3.0, where he offers strategic guidance on digital transformation. Matt earned a B.Sc. in Engineering and a graduate degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
