😊 Hello there! 👋 Perhaps we've met in the past or we are yet to meet (I sure hope so as I love networking and meeting new people). So for all those who are part of the latter, I would like to give a brief introduction of who I am: A South African girl, living a dream she once had, firstly for 7 years in Italy and now finally in Berlin, Germany. 🔹 What drives me? Being resilient and creative, I find myself continuously exploring what is new on the market - being the latest HR trend, the latest start up venture, the newest product, you name it! I am 'dora the explorer'. No wonder I found myself moving to another continent and doing exactly what I do - Strategic Talent Advising! I have an MBA in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship and a Bachelors in Humanities, with a focus on Organizational Psychology - just because, you know, I like to KNOW things (my explorer brain 💡). 🔹 What's my niche? I have worked in multiple industries, from reinsurance, fitness, luxury yachts, music data, food and wine, luxury fashion, tech startups and sports apparel - 😅 that's a handful I tell you. But what did all these industries teach me in my field of work? It taught me, to seek the right talents through my personal employer branding techniques, to build strong relationships, to create effective and long lasting policies and frameworks, to build lasting and desirable candidate experience journeys, and best of all - it taught me how to think strategically when creating a talent framework. 🔹 So how do I add value? I am the go to girl to find the best talent on the market, revamp and establish an EVP and talent strategy, coaching management and early career graduates making their way into the business world.
