Over the past two decades in biotech, including 17 years in oncology diagnostics, I’ve led high-performing teams through the launch and scale of technologies that are shaping precision oncology. A career built on firsts has brought some of the most rewarding moments: when a provider orders a test for the first time, and when a result changes patient’s care. Developing people is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role. My teams consistently deliver results, earning President’s Club honors and driving promotion pipelines year after year. Outside of sales leadership, I stay grounded in work that expands access, equity, and representation in healthcare. I chaired the Women of Natera Leadership Team, where we partnered with executives to launch tailored professional development programs, bring new benefits to employees, and strengthen the future pipeline of women leaders. As a founding board member of Breast Care for Washington, I helped raise $1.5M and led digital strategy to launch a breast cancer screening center that reached 1,500+ underserved women in its first year. I also supported the rareREACH launch with Rare Genomics Institute, helping bring long-awaited diagnoses to families with rare diseases. I hold a BA in Economics from Bucknell University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and certifications in Patient Engagement and Healthcare Marketing.
