As a HR & Recruiting Professional at Robinhood, I support the talent acquisition process for various roles and departments, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. I leverage my communication, time management, and recruiting skills to schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and track data on the internal systems and tools. I also partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the hiring decisions and offer processes.
I have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), which I developed during my Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at San Francisco State University and my previous roles at NBCUniversal and Meta. I received the Outstanding Leadership Award at the Women's Center for implementing a change initiative that promoted DEI in the organization. I also applied advanced recruiting techniques, metrics analytics, and business development strategies to source and attract diverse and qualified candidates for the tech industry. My goal is to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and respectful work environment for everyone.
