With over 20 years of experience in early-stage companies and investing, Jeffrey has built his career around scaling tech ventures. He was an early employee at DoubleClick, where he held multiple senior roles and developed a deep understanding of how to grow successful tech businesses. He then served as President of Integrated Color Solutions, further sharpening his leadership and operational skills.
Today, Jeffrey is the co-founder and Managing Director of Laconia Capital Group, a seed-stage venture firm backing companies in enterprise SaaS, fintech, health tech, e-commerce, and martech. Laconia takes a hands-on approach—offering operational guidance, sales acceleration, and capital strategy—to help founders scale with intention. Jeffrey and his team work closely with entrepreneurs to refine business models, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and drive sustainable growth.
Outside of Laconia, Jeffrey co-founded 3SE Holdings, focused on Web3 technologies, and Proteus Collection, an art investment platform. He also serves as a senior advisor to AutoFi, an automotive fintech platform, and sits on the board of Propensity. He’s an active observer for several portfolio companies, including Marpipe, WeStock, Trestle, and Tender. Mentorship is core to his ethos—he regularly holds open office hours to support founders and early-stage operators.
Jeffrey’s philanthropic work includes co-founding Friends of the Lake, a grassroots organization protecting Lake Lillinonah in Litchfield County, CT, and serving as a longtime board member and former president of Project Morry, both organizations rooted in youth leadership and environmental preservation.
Jeffrey lives in New York City and is a proud father of three grown children. 
Dynamic, results-driven leader with over 14 years of experience in investment, commercialization strategy and business development in SaaS with segment expertise in healthcare, financial services and social impact technologies.
Direct experience includes combining market analysis, end-user feedback, and technology knowledge to establish a unique product vision, multi-year solution roadmap, and an effective strategic plan for digital products, software, and services. Innovations include provider based software, connected medical devices, and digital applications. Also acts as a lead contributor to business development and partnership opportunities between healthcare entities and technology/startup companies.
Experienced in managing the deal process from origination, due diligence to implementation for M&A transactions in both developed (i.e, Germany, Australia) and emerging markets (Brazil).
