I am fortunate to have lived in and have called “home” eight countries around the globe: 🇷🇺🇦🇹🇩🇪🇯🇵🇨🇿🇵🇪🇺🇸🇨🇦. 💻 In October 2024 I have accepted a Head of Business Development role at ambitious Onfy. The company is on a mission foster digitalization of medical and pharma industries and I am very excited to actively contribute to this transition. 👨🏼‍💻 I am a business guy who loves creating everything from scratch: - co-founded Rotaract Club St.Petersburg, the youth chapter of Rotary International; - co-organised and facilitated a number of conferences, training weekends, and accelerator programs for entrepreneurs; - was one of the early founding members at Junior Chamber International St. Petersburg; - owned a dance school, taught language classes, and ran foreign language conversation groups; - founded and ran TEDxFontankaRiver - a series of TEDx conferences; - co-founded 2 startups: BrainTrainMe (soft-skills p2p trainings company) and Smartincs (SME job platform). Both did not fly but brought a lot of learnings; - had a small exit from building a headwear designer store and e-commerce chain (CAPital); - consulted Meetfox (ex. Coachfox), a scheduling and meeting software startup, acquired by Sendiblue in 2022; - I currently lead a few mastermind groups with entrepreneurs in Berlin and sometimes run thematic boot camps. 💻 In the last 6 years, I have been active in the field of startup financing, working as a regional manager for Seedrs, the most active equity crowdfunding platform in Europe. Together with my team in Berlin, Amsterdam, Lissabon, and London, we have built up European presence and investment pipeline for the company (my team has coordinated investments into 150+ startups). After Seedrs was acquired by Republic in 2022, I now moved to a supportive Venture Partner role. 🦄 I am an active startup mentor, working with founders participating in programs of Founders Institute (Germany), Kiuas (Finnland), etc. I advice the founders on fundraising, pitching (to anyone, but in particular to investors) and finding product-market fit.
