I am contributing to building a world that practices intentionality, cultivates equity, and productively addresses harm. When I'm not immersed in my job, I enjoy moving through the natural world, connecting with friends and loved ones, and preparing yummy, nourishing foods. I am a strategic and data-driven education leader with over a decade of experience driving outcomes at scale in K-12 Academic programs and network operations. I specialize in designing systems to close gaps, aligning new and cross-functional teams, and managing complex initiatives that improve student achievement and organizational health. In my current role at the KIPP Foundation, I lead development of network-wide processes and a communication strategy that impact 28 regions and over 200 schools - ensuring clarity, cohesion, and strategic alignment across a diverse national network. Colleagues know me for my results orientation, people and team coaching, and ability to center the end-user experience throughout process design and implementation. What I love most about my work is building scalable systems that help teams deliver high-quality support to regions. I'm energized by the complexity of large organizations- how they operate, evolve and drive towards results. I’m open to have conversations about Chief of Staff, COO, or other senior strategy roles in education, edtech, or adjacent nonprofit sectors, particularly in orgs that are in periods of major change or ambiguity.
