I’m the owner of LeadOS Systems, where we build AI receptionists for home service businesses. Our AI picks up the phone 24/7, answers customer questions, qualifies leads, and books jobs directly into calendars and CRMs. My background is in startups and AI, with experience building outbound sales systems, leading business development, and scaling early-stage companies. I’ve worked across GovTech, SaaS, and AI, always with a focus on solving real problems for businesses. Today, I’m focused on helping garage door repairmen, elevator technicians, painters, arborists, plumbers, and other service contractors capture more jobs and stop losing business to voicemail.

I went from the front of a high school classroom to the front of a conference room. No matter the arena, my values remain the same: be true to yourself, prioritize people, always learn something, give more than get, and have fun. I identify as a story teller, an early adopter of technology, and someone who loves to stay up-to-date on all conversations worthy of the water cooler. I aspire to create things that make life better for consumers and to help individuals reach their highest potential. The foundation of my career can be credited to Camp Kesem, a nonprofit organization, where I was able to see how the hard work of a small team can better the lives of thousands of people. I've also had the honor to work for world class businesses such as Red Bull, P&G, HP, and Under Armour where I learned how products can leverage a great brand to increase revenue. My experience with startups, such as Missouri.com, Spiceworks and The Hustle, provided me firsthand experience with fast-growth companies that are later acquired. In addition to my career, I give back to my key causes of cancer and children. In particular, I support Camp Kesem and LIVESTRONG. Currently working as a Birth Doula but looking to rejoin a hardworking team in an administrative capacity. I have 10+ years experience in various admin roles. Through out my career I have experience reorganizing companies from the ground up and establishing new policies to maintain a stable collaborative environment.
