At Platinum Equity, I achieved remarkable results, +200% sales and +700% profit growth within a span of 5 years.
Accelerating Growth.
I created break away strategic GRMs (Growth Road Maps) via insightful, focused strategic action plans leveraging consumer, customer and category insights. Most recently, I drove a 5-year CAGR of +16% in sales and 48% in EBITDA for Platinum Equity in Pools, through innovation, brand building, channel and customer expansion.

As President, Pool Solutions, I led action plans to enhance customer experience and unlock value; reducing SKUs by 55%, manufacturing optimization improved OEE from 60% to over 85%, and new global partnerships increased.
