Engineering Leader & Entrepreneur As an engineering manager; I built teams from ground up working closely with recruiting to source, interview, close candidates for specialist and generalist roles, guided my teams' planning and execution with the right set of processes, helped individual contributors and managers with their career development and achieve their professional goals. My engineering management philosophy is beyond people management. I like being technical and hands on. I still spend significant part of my time on coding or process automation.
