I'm a product-minded full stack engineer who's deeply passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems. Most of my work, both professionally and privately is done on the web. The ease of development combined with the potential reach of the web makes it, in my opinion, the most exciting platform for innovation. My academic background and personal interest in generalizable AI has, perhaps not surprisingly, become very relevant lately. General AI models represent immense potential value, both because of it's technical capacity to perform work, but also from the fundamental changes to how we interact with technology that could follow. There is more groundbreaking AI coming, but even with what we've seen the last months there is potential to build a wave of valuable products. I'm excited to build some of these ai-powered products, and see what everyone else comes up with. In addition to my technical skills, I bring significant leadership experience at both the tactical and strategic levels. I wouldn't be surprised if my career leans more towards leadership roles over time. However I find so much satisfaction in creating impactful and positive experiences for users that this will be a focus of my professional journey even should I focus more on leadership.

Iselin har MSc i innovasjon og entreprenørskap. Etter å ha jobbet de siste ti årene med innovasjon, produktutvikling og kundeopplevelse i flere store virksomheter har hun tilegnet seg både hands-on erfaring, og erfaring med innovasjonsarbeid på et strategisk nivå. Hun har ledet en rekke innovasjonsprosjekter, coachet kryssfunksjonelle team gjennom utforsking, validering, og realisering av idéer, og har vært med å starte opp innovasjonsmiljøer i flere selskaper. Hun har tidligere jobbet som fagleder for Agile i forretningsområdet Privatmarkedet i DNB, med faglig ansvar for Agile coacher og bygge opp dette teamet, og var strategisk ansvarlig for kompetanseløft på agil metode, verktøy og kultur på tvers. De seneste årene som partner i These Ways har hun blant annet vært innleid i TV2 Som Agil Coach, i Tryg Forsikring som forretningsutvikler, i Beerenberg som prosjektleder, og nå i Eviny som Product Manager for digitale kanaler i konsernets kommunikasjonsavdeling. Utvalgte rammeverk fra verktøykassen: Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Business Model, Design Sprint, "innovation ecosystem" og smidig produktutvikling & mindset.

I like to take active part in the process to create the solutions end users need, and I enjoy being part of a team spanning multiple areas of expertise. I thrive working with talented people and learning new things.
